I wanted to pass on my thanks for the extremely high quality customer service I have experienced when having some damage to my vehicle repaired.

Following a close encounter with some street furniture, my insurance company selected Coombe Accident Repairs Services (CARS) to complete the repairs to the bodywork which were required. Unfortunately, while my vehicle was being repaired we suffered a bereavement in the family. Thereafter followed a number of calls to CARS asking if the repairs could be completed in time to the travel to the Memorial Service. On each of these calls, the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful which helped to make an extremely stressful situation far more manageable. In addition, your workshop staff were able to ensure that I was able to collect my car in time to travel, with the car looking as if there had never been anything to be repaired in the first place.

Please pass on my thanks to all of your staff involved. While I hope to not be needing your services in the future, I would not hesitate to come back to CARS if necessary or recommend you to others.

I recently brought my car into your garage for repairs and I just wanted to let you know what a very friendly and efficient garage you are.

I was very impressed with the works carried out on my car, so much so that I returned for new tyres and an MOT.

Being a girl this can be quite a daunting experience and you can feel out of your comfort zone but I was made to feel comfortable by the staff that are so friendly.

After I had heard the list of work required to return my car to its previous state after the accident I was doubtful it would ever be the same car again. How wrong I was!

I've looked over every inch of the panels, doors, pillars, and alloys and can't see a single mark at all. I'm very impressed.

My only negative was the scratch I found on my Start/Stop button. Billy came out to look at it and my mind was put at rest when he licked his finger and the "scratch" disappeared, apparently it was just some silver varnish from the panel work! Some cleaning spirits cleaned it right before my eyes.

Billy was a delight to then talk to with his affable nature and easily apparent knowledge of the work that had been performed on my car. His answers to all my questions left me feeling very assured that all the work performed was done to the highest level possible.

I'll be recommending Coombe Accident Repairs without hesitation.
